We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

- Free shipping on all orders over 75 €
Rates are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery, once dispatched:
- Spain — 3 to 7 business days
- Europe — 7 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom — 7 to 14 business days
- Switzerland — 8 to 16 business days
- United States — 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of world — 10 to 20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, peak seasons and carrier delays can extend them.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show its first update — this is normal.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your local authorities. These are the customer's responsibility and we have no control over their amount.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email support@vaelnoir.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
